This week’s games were amazing.
With the first game tying with Jets (6 – 6) and the second game smashing Mustangs (20 – 4). It was an amazing opportunity for the players to try new positions. Unfortunately, in the second game, we had to give Archer away to the other team and started 20 minutes late. Overall, both were fun games. Noah had a try on pitching and shortstop for the first time and got a good out on first. As well as this, everyone was amazing as always. Daniel got impressive catches on first. Lachie was a good catcher. And as always, there were some impressive hits. Jack, again, went too far so he could only get a double. Pretty much everyone made it home and people were struck out very easily by Archer, Nate and Jack. Everyone got a turn infield and lots got a turn outfield as well.
Nate got the tutu award because he threw a shot to third base, and it hit the runner on the ankle.
To finish off this week’s article, I would like to thank Archer for going over to the other team on the second game and Danielle Arratoon for umpiring both games and it was her first time.
Good luck to our Taipans next game!
